THISTLES WITH SPICY PRAWNS & COCONUTThistle leaf mid ribs cooked in coconut milk with some red chilli for a bit of heat [author ran out of green chillis, otherwise would have used instead to keep all the veggies green coloured], and cooked prawns added in the last few minutes to heat through. In the outdoors freshwater crayfish would have been ideal.

DANDELION & HAM STUFFED TOMATOESSimply, tomatoes scooped out and then filled with chopped gammon ham [which provides saltiness] and pre-prepared dandelions, then topped with a little cheese and baked.

DANDELIONS WITH BEEF & MUSHROOMSPre-prepared dandelion added to mushrooms which have been sweated until they are softened and then combined with browned cubed beef. |
