Lyme Bay Cider Co Ltd. began making cider 6 years ago, pressing old-fashioned cider apple varieties in the traditional way. Our still ciders are branded 'Jack Ratt' after Jack Rattenbury, the notorious local smuggler of Lyme Bay. In more recent years we have been producing a range of country wines, liqueurs and cider vinegars - Elderflower, Blackcurrant Rose and Damson wines, traditional Sloe Liqueur, Whisky Ginger, Apricot Brandy and Elderberry Port.
